Products Provided By Your Organization - Notice To End Users
Trusted Systems collects information on behalf of its Customers and has no direct relationship with the individual end users (who are employees of Customers, or third parties with whom a Customer does business) whose personal data it processes.
End user who requests access, correct, amend, or delete, data, or who seeks to exercise any other right(s) they may have as a data subject, should directly request to the Customer (the data controller) of Trusted Systems who assigned such individual a subscription to the Service. If the Customer requests that Trusted Systems remove the Personal Information to comply with data protection regulations, We will respond to their request within 30 business days.
Trusted Systems will retain Personal Information that we process on behalf of Customers for as long as needed to provide the Service to the Customer. Trusted Systems will retain and use this Personal Information as necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Such retention and use conforms to the timeframes set forth in the relevant agreements with our Customers.
The security of customer data is very important to Trusted Systems. We strictly follows industry-standards, including administrative, technical, and physical controls to prevent unauthorised access to Customer Data.
When end users install and enrol or use the TrustSafe Mobile application (either the Android or iOS version) developed by Trusted Systems, You will grant your organization's administrator the ability to manage your user devices. By using the Trusted Systems Mobile app, you understand and agree that you grant permission to your organization’s administrator for performing some or all of the following actions, as may be required:
Set passcode policies for the device in order to secure company data, including
Reset the device passcode in cases when You have forgotten the passcode;
Lock the access right when You have lost the device;
